Is it possible to come with a dog?

  • Unfortunately our Small Farmhouse does not allow the accommodation of dogs. We are also keen dog people however we cannot predict how responsible and disciplined attitude our guests will have regarding their pets. For that reason please leave your dog at home or arrange dog sitting before you visit us.

 Are there any CANCELLATION fees and deposit?

  • We do not have a CANCELLATION policy per se. If you find you cannot come for your reserved stay kindly let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We will find a solution together. The sooner you let us know the more time we have to find replacements.
  • After making a reservation you will be asked to put down a safety deposit of 3000 CZK (ca 120 EUR). This deposit is meant to cover eventual damages and also serves as kind of an insurance for late cancellations. If everything runs smoothly, the deposit is fully refunded at the end of your stay. If you cancel your reservation in a reasonable advance, the deposit will also be fully refunded. However if you let us know let’s say a day before your stay then we are sorry but the deposit will be forfeited. Therefore it’s all about communication.

Is it possible to pay with a card?

  • We accept the payment for your stay in CASH upon your arrival. Also in case you want to purchase some wine or coffee pods from us, please have cash on hand.

How equipped is the kitchen?

  • You will find all you need for cooking and dining in the kitchen. Appliances include a fridge, hob, oven, electric kettle, microwave and a coffee maker. Other necessities like sponges, dish soap, towels (including paper ones) and trash bags are supplied by us as well. Basic cooking ingredients you will find there are oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar. Coffee pods and tea bags are supplied just for tasting. More can be purchased from us much like wines from our cellar. Everything else is up to you. 🙂

When is check-in?

  • Kindly plan your arrival between 15:00 a 16:00.

When is the check-out?

  • Standard check-out time is by 10:00, so we have time to clean up before next guests arrive.

Is there a place to store our bicycles?

  • Yes, we have a storage room with basic tools (pump, spanners…) and charging station for electric bikes.

Is all energy cost included in the price?

  • All the utilities, i.e. electricity, water, gas and fire wood are included in the accommodation price.

How about clean sheets and towels, do we need to bring our own?

  • Sheets are supplied as are the mid size and hand towels. Larger towels for the pool or infrasauna are best to bring your own.

What activities are there to do?

  • The immediate surroundings of Hradečná village offer mushroom hunting possibilities as a forest is right at the edge of the village. There are several natural swimming locations nearby and sights to be visited are countless in the driving distance. 🙂 Check them out on our What to see page.
